Dr. Julie Brooks Sterling, PT, DPT, MTC, CSCS is highly skilled in the areas of orthopedics and sports medicine. She has advanced training in manual therapy, strength and conditioning, dry needling, SFMA Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 Golf Screenings.
In addition to many years of experience as a treating clinician, Julie has had personal experience in Physical Therapy as a student athlete having several injuries requiring surgery during her collegiate career. She understands the physical, mental and emotional struggles of an injury and what it takes to get back to playing at the highest level.
Julie grew up in the sports world being active in youth sports through the collegiate level. She has the knowledge, compassion, experience and drive to help you accomplish your goals and live your best life.
A native of Atlanta, GA, Julie played basketball and soccer at St. Pius X Catholic High School. She went on to earn a soccer scholarship to the University of Miami (Go Canes!) and graduated with a B.S Ed in Exercise Physiology and minor Business Administration. Julie then attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), graduated with high honors and was honored by the faculty with the Outstanding Physical Therapy Student Award.
Since graduation, she has invested many hours completing rigorous specializations and certifications to be prepared to better serve her patients. With a background in sports, Julie is passionate about helping young athletes to weekend warriors, stay active and healthy.
She does injury prevention training with local youth soccer programs, and return to field training with her athletes, as they transition back to the field following injury. Julie’s advanced skill set and treatment approach will enable you to return to the activities you enjoy.

Michelle Chu, DPT, OCS has been practicing since 2014. Her experience has been primarily in orthopedics and sports medicine. Michelle completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Long Island University, and then continued to pursue an Orthopedic Residency at Temple University. She is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist.
Michelle is always striving to learn and grow as a clinician in order to better serve her patients and clients. She is passionate about working with athletes to help them return to sport and enjoys watching her patients blossom throughout the journey.
Michelle has been involved with sports since childhood. She grew up playing tennis, playing competitively throughout High school, and then continued with Intramural tennis in college. During PT school, Michelle developed a passion for running and has completed 3 marathons and numerous half marathons. Dr. Torey Page is recognized as a specialist in evaluation and rehabilitation of the lower extremity, pelvis, spine, and shoulder. During his career he has had the privilege of helping thousands of patients return to their sport, as well as their recreational activities and hobbies. He is a specialist in the analysis of human movement and biomechanics, with advanced training in running mechanics, running retraining, and return to sport training. As a former collegiate level athlete himself, he understands the balance required to improve performance, while also maintaining health and wellbeing. Along with having over a decade of experience as a physical therapist, Dr. Page has multiple years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach. While attending San Diego State University, he was an intern strength and conditioning coach for the SDSU football team. Following graduation he became the lead fitness consultant for the Woodside Fire Department, and trained many triathletes and long distance runners in the San Fransisco Bay Area.
Dr. Page received his doctorate of physical therapy from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, Ca. He is not only a board certified physical therapist, but is also recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as a specialist in evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions (OCS). Furthermore, he has completed an advanced fellowship in biomechanics analysis, gait and running mechanics, and return to sport assessment and training under Christopher Powers.
During his free time, Dr. Page enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Joey have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Savannah and Harper. They also are parents to a Corgi/German Shepard puppy, named Gatsby who has gained viral fame on social media. Additionally, he enjoys staying active himself and regularly enjoys working out, running, and hiking.
